Booking Out
All work is booked out in a structured manner, following a company procedure, with a copy of the invoice or delivery note given to the customer or delivery driver, a copy of job sheet was provided on booking in. The customer should retain this copy of the invoice and a copy of the job sheet given when booking in, as it is imperative the customer keeps these copies in case of future work i.e. colour matching, price matching or discrepancies.
Collection/Delivery of Product
Opening Hours, Mon to Fri - 8.00am to 5.00pm
Collection of product/items is allowed within the above times, unless by prior arrangement. We do offer a delivery service, but this is usually only offered to our commercial/account customers and repeat business customers. However, if you have a specific request or are a new client then please don't hesitate your requirements.
Guarantee and Pre/Post Conditions
Most blast cleaning and coating work does not carry any guarantee unless specifically discussed and agreed upon during booking in, in the event of a guarantee this will be explained during booking out.
